The Toroczkay family, derived from the Ákos-nation settled in ”Toroczkószentgyörgy” (Coltești), one of the main villages of Torockó Basin. The family who lived in the castle of Toroczkó started building manors at the beginning of the 16th century. In the 18th century, the three branch of this family owned three manors in the county, of which only the one from Coltești made it until today. The building's core consisted of six rooms and a protruding porch, supported by columns, located on the main facade. In the second half of the 19th century, the side facing the street was enlarged with a new room. Probably at about the same time was built the outbuilding opposite the main facade, as well as the garden located behind the building. The manor remained the property of the family until the nationalization from 1949. From this moment, the building was used as a resort and then as a children's sanctuary. In 1996, it was returned to the Rudnyánszky family, who in 1998 sold the estate to the Unitarian Church.
