In the years following the end of communism, the stairs and doorframes have dissapeared, and the walls have begun collapsing in multiple places as well. The building’s condition has further deteriorated in the past few years; the roofing has also collapsed.

The building’s facades have been constructed symetrically; we can find the pairs of the ground floor windows on the upper floor as well. The decorations of the facade consist merely of the horizontal and vertical strips of plaster.

Property status: Ownership of the building has been returned to Kerekes Józsefné Béldi Mária, the daughter of Béldi Pál.
