After the building’s nationalisation in 1949, it functioned as a pigfarm and an agricultural collective; despite the way it was used, the building was still in good condition in 1989. After the collective was disolved, however, the locals stripped the place of everything moveable. The building was revendicated by the family, and the tenant uses it to agricultural produce.
